The Prayer
In the Name of The Great I AM
The Great I AM,
The one who is not becoming, but already is—
Bring me back to myself.
Strip away the noise I have mistaken for truth.
Silence every voice that has spoken over me that did not come from You.
Remove the weight of confusion, distraction, and misalignment.
I acknowledge now that I have drifted.
I have listened outward when I should have anchored inward.
I have searched for answers while ignoring what has already been placed
within me. But today, I return.I stand in the authority of “I AM”—
not what they called me, not what I feared, not what I delayed—
but what You have already established.
Let my mind settle. Let my spirit align.
Let my body come into agreement.
I am not lost. I was simply not present.
And now, I am here.
Amen.

Scripture
Exodus 3:14
And God said unto Moses, I Am That I Am: and he said, Thus shalt thou
say unto the children of Israel, I Am hath sent me unto you.
And God said unto Moses, I Am That I Am: and he said, Thus shalt thou
say unto the children of Israel, I Am hath sent me unto you.
The Teaching
You are not confused—you are scattered.
Most people say they are seeking clarity, but what they are actually doing
is avoiding stillness. You keep looking for confirmation, signs, readings,
validation, and outside voices because you have not trained yourself to sit
long enough to hear what is already speaking within you. The problem is
not that the answer is hidden—the problem is that you are
overstimulated, over-consuming, and disconnected from your own
internal authority.
You have been taught, directly or indirectly, that something outside of
you holds the final say. So you keep checking, asking, second-guessing,
and delaying. But every time you do that, you weaken your ability to
recognize your own knowing. This is why things feel unclear—not
because the path isn’t there, but because you have not committed to
standing still long enough to see it.
“I AM” is not just a name—it is a position. It is the refusal to be divided
within yourself. When you say “I AM,” you are declaring presence,
identity, and authority all at once. But you cannot operate in that if you
are constantly abandoning yourself for noise, opinions, and distractions.
Clarity comes when you return.
Power comes when you stay.

The Affirmation
I am present.
I am clear.
I am no longer divided within myself.
I trust what has been placed in me, and I stand in it fully.
I am clear.
I am no longer divided within myself.
I trust what has been placed in me, and I stand in it fully.
The Ritual
Stand upright on your feet—do not sit for this.
Place one hand over your chest and one hand over your lower stomach.
Close your eyes.
Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose… and release it through
your mouth.
Do this three times.
Now say out loud, slowly and clearly:
“I call my spirit back to myself.”
Pause.
“I release every voice that is not mine to carry.”
Pause.
“I return to the authority of I AM.”
Now remove your hands and let them rest at your sides.
Stand still for one full minute.
No movement. No speaking. No adjusting.
If your mind starts running, do not follow it. Let it pass.
After one minute, say:
“I am here. And I will remain.”
Open your eyes slowly.
Do not rush into your next action. Move with awareness for the next 10
minutes.
